The data we receive

This website has no user accounts and collects no data for tracking purposes. When you contact us, through the form (which opens your email app), by email or on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send us: name, organisation, email address, phone number (WhatsApp) and the content of your message.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare and follow up on a collaboration. This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on GRISE's legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries it receives.

Who has access

Only the partners of GRISE. Our messaging services are provided by third parties (our email provider and, if you use it, WhatsApp, a Meta service), which may process this data outside Chad. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Three years from our last exchange. If we work together, for the duration of the collaboration and then for the period required by our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Chadian Law No. 007/PR/2015 on personal data protection and other applicable regulations, you may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing by writing to contact@grise-td.com. You may also contact the competent data protection authority, such as ANSICE in Chad.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are hosted on the website itself, so browsing it sends no data to third-party services. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical connection data (including IP addresses) needed to secure and deliver the website.
