GRISE helps leaders tackle their most critical challenges across artificial intelligence, strategy, management and organisation.

We pair international consulting standards with a deep understanding of African institutions to build lasting performance and make organisations more competitive.

GRISE is a trusted partner to leaders and their teams, helping them shape their strategic choices and address their transformation challenges.
Our approach is built on a structured methodology and proven consulting practices. It rests on a rigorous analysis of the issues, an in-depth diagnosis and the identification of levers for action, so that we can propose practical solutions tailored to each organisation.
Artificial intelligence is central to our work. We use it to improve decision-making, simplify operations and identify new levers for growth, while taking into account the specific needs of each organisation.
Our commitment goes beyond recommendations. We support our clients through implementation, setting out concrete roadmaps, clear responsibilities and measurable objectives.
Upskilling teams and leading AI and digital transformation.
Clarifying the defining choices that shape the future.
Engaging people, driving performance.
Designing agile structures and developing human capital.

GRISE is a new-generation consulting firm based in N'Djamena, Chad. It supports the leadership of public institutions and businesses on challenges related to artificial intelligence and digital solutions, strategy, management and transformation, as well as the design of high-performing organisations and human capital.
We work with public institutions (ministries, agencies, national offices) and with private companies. We serve leadership teams facing major decisions or leading a transformation.
We are headquartered in N'Djamena and work in Chad and across French-speaking Africa, on site, remotely or in a hybrid format, depending on the engagement.
AI is one of our four practices and informs the other three. Our Closing the AI Gap programme trains leaders and their teams to understand AI, seize its opportunities and manage its risks. GRISE Lab supports the transformation, from diagnosis to go-live.
Yes. Through our Closing the AI Gap programme, we train leaders and management teams of public institutions and businesses in Chad: short sessions for executive committees, government agencies and ministerial offices, in person in N'Djamena, online or in a hybrid format. In August 2026, we trained the management teams of Chad's National Food Security Office (ONASA) on the challenges of artificial intelligence.
We combine international consulting standards with a fine-grained understanding of Africa's economic, institutional and human realities. Our partners lead every engagement themselves, and our recommendations are designed to be implemented on the ground.
Every engagement follows three stages, carried out with your teams. Understand: we frame the challenges together and build a shared diagnosis. Transform: we co-create the solutions, then test and refine them together. Embed: we support the rollout, measure and sustain the results, and transfer the skills to your teams.
All information entrusted to GRISE is treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the engagement. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement from the very first conversation. When an engagement involves AI, we agree with you on approved tools and usage rules, in line with the applicable legal framework, including Chad's Law No. 007/PR/2015 on personal data protection.
